Trading through electronic stores and easier refund conditions (goods can be returned within 30 days) led to faster shopping, where a lot of impulsiveness and carelessness appeared and as a result – goods are returned for various reasons, for example: the color, size, functionality or package was damaged /item.

How do we implement this project?

1. We buy goods returned by customers from major trading platforms.

2. Then we carefully sort the goods, check their quality and describe their condition.

3. We pack the goods in a new package or carefully glue the damaged package and present it to the customers.

4. We create real, unretouched photos of the product and reduce the price of the product.

How we label these items:

• PRODUCT CONDITION: – we indicate the product is new or used.
• WORKING PRODUCT: – we indicate the product performs its function.
• DAMAGED PRODUCT: – we indicate the product has external damage (dents, obvious scratches).
• ORIGINAL PACKAGING: – we indicate the product’s packaging is original or packed in our packaging.
• MISSING PARTS: – are there any missing parts, for example: screws, wires or other parts that are not always known.

We try to show everything in the photos, so we recommend you to review them carefully. We aim to present the products as clearly as possible, but sometimes we may miss something. You will see all the important nuances of the product in the photos.
